Another Decepticon, this time talking about his fantasy of kicking a homeless boy in the face. A black man kicking a white homeless boy in the face. A black university professor, mind you.

The only reason Octane - I mean Nicholas Powers- is allowed to continue functioning is because he's a lecturer. Vile even by Decepticon standards. A waste of space, flesh, and blood. A cheat, bully, and coward."}

{"post":"I find it ironic that the same people who say "TaX\/eAt ThE rIcH", support Bernie Sanders, and who think that anyone who isn't very far left to be radical are the same people who buy anything Apple puts out, use iPhones and Macbooks, drink Starbucks on a regular basis, and who would gobble up MCU movies in a heartbeat.

Many of my real-life friends, who call themselves "Bernie-bros", are the same ones who use iPhones and Macbooks and some even buy designer clothes. Most are liberal. I feel like I'm the only centrist there, and they call me "not radical enough". You want to replace the system, everything in modern society, yet you can't live without a smartphone.

The funniest thing is, they think they're going to change the world. They're not. I keep telling them that "as you get older you start thinking that the stuff you believe in now, you will see as a waste of time". They rebuff me. How arrogant. They're going to keep being nobodies. I'm going to keep being some nobody. And frankly, I'm fine with that, as long as I don't have ideals shoved down my throat.

The supreme irony of today's world. How pathetic."}

Der real ShitlerI see you understand what is going on as well. Welcome to the conservative team. My friend and I have been talking non-stop about these scumbags of america and europe.
Unfortunately, the mess they have created will take years to recover, such as the migrant and rape crisis in western europe, and all the hopeless 30 year old white male incels and 50 year old white homeless males in america. And yet, their movements cannot be simply stopped, for they use the most reasonable causes like climate change, anti-racism, womens rights etc. to make their puppet government fufil their most irrational of desires like coming up with 100 genders for people.
Thankfully, american media remains politically divided, so choose your sources well. I read infowars and follow Paul Joseph Watson on youtube. If you know a way to stop their atrocities I'm in.

Der real ShitlerGiven the situation, even if centrists don't believe in far right conservatism, we're all fighting for the same cause anyway. So let's make america great again :)

Helmuth WeidlingI'm nowhere near as right wing as you are. However, I do agree in that these """liberal""" extremists are insane. Infowars is bad, and so is Fox News, but sites like Buzzfeed, Vox, and Vice are worse, and those rarely get called out on a large scale.

Hitler Rants ParodiesApple is like the worst corporation these people support. They are robbing people with their overpriced Chinese slave made junk. Apple is the very worst of capitalism and socialists disgrace themselves by buying their products.

I am no socialist myself and regard myself as a centrist.

{"post":"Possibly unpopular:
I think Windows Vista\/7 look more professional than Windows 10. Vista\/7's Aero theme looks way more "business"-y than 10's flat design.
Vista\/7 look more like the OSes you would find in an office cubicle, or a school PC. It just feels more corporate, a lot cleaner.
10 look like it was made more for creators, small business owners, and for those who are studying or in college.

Windows 8\/8.1 look like they're for mobile users, although they both feel like the belong in both of the above categories.

Basically, Windows 10 feels more like a hobbyist\/creator's OS, while Windows Vista and Windows 7 feel more like enterprise OSes.
Would you say you agree?"}

Helmuth WeidlingI think you mean the Script key, that's the "right click key" you might be referring to. An alternative to that is Shift+F10, but it's inconvenient as hell if you're on a laptop (Fn key complicates things). Surprisingly my Windows 8.1 laptop actually has a Script key, and a fully functioning one at that.

As for the Windows 10 Start Menu, Classic Shell replaces the 10 Menu with the 7 Menu (by default, it's highly customizable), so you might want to give that a try. Personally, I myself have started to increasingly dislike the W10 Start menu. I've just used Windows 7 for so long that even before now I kind of found myself longing for the 7 Start menu. I have it installed on my laptop because fuck the Start screen.

Helmuth WeidlingYip, I suppose Windows 10 is geared more towards hipsters and your average millennial. While it may appeal to them, it doesn't really to me. I found myself longing for the frosted glass look of Windows 7, and have started to dislike the flat design of Windows 10. While a necessary evil on lower end PCs (and the flat design certainly looks better than Windows Basic on 7/Vista), it can't even hold a candle to Aero. Microsoft should at least release a custom theme to download and install on Windows 10 and 8.1.

Mike SywenskyI liked Windows 2000. XP was horrible so I stayed on 2k as long as I could. Vista was better. Win 7 got it right, then it started downhill again after that.

Der real ShitlerI commend your OS preservation efforts. Where i'm from I doubt I could ever find a win 2k OS even if I wanted to. But I believe the hardware on computers running legendary OSes would've started to fail by now, especially the wifi card and IDD. I would probably use win 2k for offline gaming, as I am now with my NEC running Win XP SP1 (This PC aka LG X120 runs SP3)

Helmuth WeidlingYour main PC is a netbook? Or well, the PC you use to post here anyhows.

Side note, a trend I would have to disagree with is monitors with ultra high resolution. 4K, 8K, 256K, InfinityK-do I really need a monitor with so high a resolution it fails after a short while and needs a goddamn power station to power on? I'd need to cough up hundreds of dollars for the monitor itself and then shell out a couple thousand bucks on a, well, gaming PC just to take advantage of the resolution!
I have a 1080p monitor and it works perfectly fine, and it was under 50$.

Anyone here use a Mac? Or does everyone use Windows?

Mike SywenskyVista? Nice. I agree that macs are not good for gaming. For coding a mac runs circles around Windows.

Helmuth WeidlingCoding? Well actually a colleague of mine codes a lot with Arduino, and the IDE he uses is on his Macbook. So I guess for coding Macs are great. One of the reasons that many use for this is that OS X is Unix/POSIX compatible, or something along those lines, so many Unix commands will work on OS X.

Some people here on the Internet would tell you that Linux is great for coding. I don't know, what's your opinion on that?

Mike SywenskyI used to dual boot windows and linux before getting my first macbook. Linux is great if you enjoy endlessly tinkering with the OS. I have an older Surface lying around and was thinking of putting linux on it. It only has 2GB ram and is too slow with Win 10. I do a lot of mobile development at work, so I need a mac for building iOS apps.

Helmuth WeidlingI don't dual boot, but I do so much virtualization you might as well say it's my job. I've successfully virtualized every major Windows version (for the consumer market- I haven't looked at Windows Server, Embedded, or the various beta versions yet), various Android-x86 builds, several esoteric OSes (Haiku, KolibriOS, Visopsys, MikeOS, and yes MikeOS is an actual operating system), various Linux distros, MS-DOS and IBM PC DOS, and even Mac OS X (and believe me, OS X is a pain in the ass to virtualize). I've practically filled my laptop's 500GB hard drive, so I've started using my 1 terabyte hard drive for extra space. I don't have any practical use for these VMs, they're fun to mess around with.

Helmuth WeidlingI also do emulation, though to a lesser extent. I have the VCC emulator which emulates a Tandy Color Computer 3, and I even managed to write a simple calculator program on my own. I also use Mac emulators-Mini vMac, Basilisk II, and SheepShaver for Mac OS 9 and earlier, and PearPC for OS X versions before Apple moved to x86. There's even custom versions of Mini vMac, including a version that emulates the original Macintosh 128k from 1984. Although PearPC is extremely slow and really incomplete, so I just avoid it whenever possible.

I have some choice words for Linux, too. The distros I've tried, except for some made-for-low-end-PCs distros such as Lubuntu, are all slow, and some are even buggy. Manjaro in particular is a steaming pile of shit; the KDE version in particular was a resource hog, nearly crashed my laptop and the host OS Windows 8.1, and it didn't even look that good.

{"post":"Just remembered this.

I was on a x100 2foooooooooooooooooooort server (really long bridge between RED and BLU) and played normally until some cunt was trash talking the US and saying that Europe was far better (I think he said even China and Russia were better). I call him out on his bullshit along with some other players, he goes apeshit.

Sometime later the EXACT SAME PLAYER was shitting on this other player, calling him a loser and faggot (I don't exactly remember). At first we were all dumbfounded because we didn't know who was right but eventually started calling out the jerkass player on his bullshit. He tries to threateb us, and was overall being a complete asswipe to everyone, especially to me and some others since we sticked up for the player he was insulting before and telling me especially to stfu or he would call a votekick.

We all muted him (the fuckwit), he eventually left (or got votekicked, can't remember), and I Steam friended the player he insulted, and I think he friended some others who helped him."}

{"post":"THIS IS NOT A DRILL. THIS IS NOT A DRILL. I REPEAT, THIS IS NOT A DRILL.

Source code for 2017-2018 builds of TF2 have been leaked, allowing for remote code execution (RCE).

Your computer is vulnerable if playing TF2 or any Source game, including GMod and CS:GO.

Keep your antivirus up-to-date, run regular scans of your PC\/Mac, and DO NOT PLAY TF2 OR ANY SOURCE GAME UNTIL THEY HAVE BEEN UPDATED.

You have been warned."}

Helmuth WeidlingOr, if you still want to play the game, play offline. As a safety measure, turn off Internet access on your computer, turn on Airplane Mode if on Windows 8 and up, and if you feel is necessary, turn off your router. Disconnect yourself ENTIRELY from the Internet.

Der real ShitlerCool. Another reason to meme Gabe Newell again.

Reich News NetworkRNN can report that this news about the hacking risk is fake news.

Those games are still safe to play and Gabe is still struggling to pick up a disk containing Half-Life 3 due to him being too fat to bend down. This is why Steam was invented.

{"post":"In TF2 I do best as Soldier or Heavy.
Today I got a good number of kills (in fact I managed to break my previous killstreak record by upping it to 9). Maybe because my Windows 8.1 laptop decided to run it better than usual.

Who do you main, in TF2 or similar?

Oh and Mc Lag, I got the Degreaser (which I think is overrated compared to the stock flamethrower)"}

Der real ShitlerI was german doctor main. But I play both offense and defense as medic for some reason :/
My causal loadout(I used to play MvM as much, if not more) was blutsauger, quick fix and amputator. My tactic was to run around the frontline healing anyone I saw and shooting any enemies I saw. But I never sawed anyone simply cuz I was bad at melee. Rather, I use amputator so that I can fall back while regenerating health at 3HP/s instead of 1HP/s, cancels out the health regen penalty of the blutsauger.

Helmuth WeidlingHehe, I play mostly Soldier or Heavy because their firepower and health pool compensate for my aim (or lack thereof)

Good tactic there, using the Amputator to avoid melee combat and to negate the Ubersaw's downside. However, I would recommend the Quick Fix-Stock-Ubersaw loadout, the Ubersaw gives you 25% Ubercharge per hit and the Quick Fix's Megaheal will also heal yourself.

{"post":"I've come up with 2 plans for when I have money (which I doubt will take too long)
1. Build a machine running Windows Vista SP2. What was state of the art in 2007 is midrange at best now, so shouldn't be too hard.
2. Build a replica of a Chrysler Gilda."}
