Mc LagAbout international aid, idk about other countries but France has a couple thousands of euros waiting to be sent to lebanon(ex-french colony). The reason why this aid is on standby for a couple of years already is because the French want proof that their money won't go into someone's own pocket(and a couple of other similar reasons). Corruption and authoritarian governments are problems that can't be solved trhough external means.
